At the beginning of class I checked student's homework on the Alien and Sedition Acts, as students responded to three statements.
We then reviewed the homework questions.
Next, students participated in a "take-a-stand" activity using the statement responses from the warm-up.
I then finished the "New Republic" notes about the Alien and Sedition Acts.
At the end of class we began watching a video on Thomas Jefferson. We will finish this video on Monday.
Homework is to work on the test study guide which is due on Thursday, the day of the test.
