At the beginning of class we reviewed last night's homework. We then collected the assignment.
Next, students participated in a "jigsaw" activity. Students were placed into four groups: New England, Middle, Souther, and frontier (west). Students found information on their colonies and recorded the information onto a graphic organizer. Tomorrow students will teach other members of class about their region.
Homework is to finish their section of the "13 Colonies Information" graphic organizer if they failed to do so in class.
Also, we will have the binder quiz tomorrow on assignments 11-20.
